Delivery & Product Holding

After successful verification, products are dispatched quickly and securely. Here's what you need to know about our delivery and holding policy.

Nationwide Courier Delivery
Deliveries are made using your provided address through trusted courier partners across Ghana.
7-Day Holding Period
If direct delivery is not immediately possible, products are safely held for up to 7 days for you to claim or arrange collection.
Communication Required
In cases where communication is unclear, products may be temporarily held for safekeeping until arrangements are confirmed.

Penalty Policy

To ensure proper warehouse management and efficiency in storage operations, the following penalties apply for unclaimed products.

After 7 Days — Penalty Fee
If a customer fails to collect or arrange delivery of their product within the allowed 7-day holding period, an additional penalty fee will be charged to cover warehouse storage, handling, and administrative costs.
After 60 Days — Property of Company
If a product remains uncollected or undelivered for more than 60 days, it will be considered the property of the company. This policy ensures proper warehouse management and efficiency in storage operations.

To avoid penalty fees, please ensure you respond promptly to delivery notifications and provide accurate contact details when submitting your sourcing request. The 7-day holding period begins from the date the product is available for delivery.
